Maybe one of you want to use the adapter to print ingame screenshots and/or do word processing using a PS1 pad so I figure I should part with this (not like I use it anyway):

What you see is what you get, if you already have a parallel printer, maybe it can work with the adapter, or you'll have to find ink cartridges for the included Lexmark 1000.

I'm asking 70€ for it, shipping not included.
If you're interested, I'll give you a quote for the shipping.
    Thanks for reading.

So I take it the adaptor plugs into your playstation 1/2/3? And I would need to get a serial cable from the printer to the computer?

What's the software that's included with this?

The adapter plugs in the serial port of the PS1, there are also a video in/video out and a ntsc in ports.

The software is a word processor for PS1:

Jackhead, no sorry, it's all or nothing.
Haunted360, sadly I think it's not compatible with the SCPH-2000.

matter of fact I still have the printer usually bundled with this still in the box unopened but mine's Canon. ^ ^
found it while cleaning out the storage and it's still sealed...
Mine was part of Sega Saturn bundle set and maybe that's why mine is Canon?

The Saturn version was released sooner and comes with EGword 1.0 iirc.

Out of curiosity: how much for the adapter + software only (ie. no printer)?

There were three different versions of EG Word for the Sega Saturn: 1.00, 1.02 and 2.00. The 2.00 printer bundle is incredibly hard to find, however... there is an alternative boxset called "Upgrade Kit" which only includes EG Word 2.00 and the adaptor but no printer, but they're probably all the same in terms of rarity.
