Bought this new off ebay a few days ago, then realised it wasn't what I was looking for as it only supports WEP, not WPA.
If you don't know it basically converts a wired network point into a wireless. You just plug it in via ethernet and configure it, and then it transparently connects you to a wireless network. Useful for consoles without wireless or where a wireless add on is incredibly expensive (*cough* 360 *cough*). Only drawback as I mentioned is that it will only support WEP, not WPA (same as the DS). It supports 802.11b/g so will give you up to 54mb/s if you are running a g network.

Its only been opened to test, and comes with new sealed instructions and sealed network cable. Comes with a UK Plug

If it doesn't go in a few days it'll be on ebay

Looking for £15+£4 UK Postage, £6 euro.
Payment by paypal or UK Cheque/PO

If you want pictures I'll take some - it's only laziness preventing me from doing so until someone asks!

    Hi

will this definatly work on the ds? as i currently have a dlink wireless router, but it has major problems with my sons and wifes ds and will not connect most of the time,

so if i was to use this in theroy i should be able to set it up as a sepeate access point just for the ds?

    cheers

    andy

Nope, its not an access point, its a bridge. This plugs into an ethernet port and connects to a wireless network only - therefore it only goes from wired to wireless, not the other way around if that makes sense.
