    Hi all,

Still clearing out my treasure trove! Next up is my PS2 TOOL.

(I put tape over the serial, actual sticker is perfect)

I'll even throw in a controller from Boardroom 2! :icon_bigg (sorry about the grubby bits, I'll give it a scrub before posting!)
As you can see from the last picture it still has the metal covers on the back - remove those and you gain access to VGA, 2xPS/2 and serial ports from the onboard embedded PC. You can log in and run/reset/debug retail titles using an external monitor and keyboard, or you can use the Ethernet interface as a normal developer would.

Everything works perfectly! I've tested retail titles as well as master-patched disks. Both the PS2 side and PC side work correctly, the drive tray isn't broken, the laser's functional, the memory card and controller ports all work and the unit's never been opened. The unit is in very good cosmetic shape (one or two very minor dents in the plastic on top, less than 1mm deep) and very clean - basically the perfect collector's unit. You also get a QATOOL test disk (just an image burned by the previous owner onto an unlabelled DVD-R):

Just something a bit fun for the new owner to play with :)

    On hold pending payment.
Asking £500 now including postage. I ship anywhere!

I'll accept most conventional forms of payment (just ask!). Trade offers are welcome if you have something good. Any other questions please feel free to ask.

    Cheers for looking

    Bump.

Same price, but I'll now throw in free international shipping to sweeten the deal. Grab yourself a bargain!

Ermm, are you looking for anything in particular to trade? £500 is a little steep :p

500 pound is cheap for a working one.

I did say 'if you have something good'...since you have to ask, I assume you don't!

Exactly, especially with the pound as weak as it is now. Hell, maybe I should just keep it

Afraid not - what you see is what you get.

    Cheers

£500 expensive for a fully functional PS2 Tool? Er, no! Wish I was still into development hardware and had a spare 1/2k sitting in my skyrocket as I'd purchase it myself.
