Is that Sega Saturn Disc Drive (as there is a Saturn Disc drive....) or Sega Saturn bare CD ROM unit (probably worth mentioning what model saturn it came from too if it's the latter)?

 

It's from a model 2 saturn - you can tell because the circuit board is smaller and because the data port is next to the spindle.

 

I don't know...it's pretty rare. It was used for modeling the forks you see in Ocarina of Time
