This is a BRAND NEW and SEALED PAL XBOX, with a 05 Factory Code (1.3 upwards mobo, based on what I read on wikipedia), for sale at 98GBP. Shipping will depend on destination.

Your money will go to pay rent and food for a university student, yours truly.
HMV sells the same item at 104 GBP ( http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/displayProductDetails.do?sku=195458&WT.mc_id=101003 )

The cardboard box has never been opened.

Ways of payment are subject to discussion. I do have a paypal account, but I don't know how to transfer the 'credit' to my bank account (help appreciated if this is possible, provided they dont pinch more than 2% of the payment money)

I Will pack the item in any way the buyer suggests.

    Voila:

Yes, they are half that price in ARGOS namely, until the 19th of January (provided you can find one)

Following the doctrine of Capitalism however, I m trying to make a profit in order to pay daily expenses (rent and food). People living in other EU countries may find the XBOX at much higher prices than the native UK ones (in greece the XBOX 1 goes for 120 Euros) - not counting conversions, using native currency, and accounting moneys on Per Head of the country to determine true value medium.

As such, although for UK residents, this may not be an ideal price/deal, for other EU countries this should be at standard prices - only difference is that the money , instead of going to a corporation, goes to your friendly assemblergames.com poster, Barc0de :)

At that price you're likely only selling to UK residents.

Shipping makes it more expensive than a shop in the EU and for an American...well £75 is the new-in-box retail price over there. ;)

In defence of my suggested price, I m afraid my friends that your statement does not hold water. As in it cannot be considered the norm.

    XBOX+Controller S for 105 GBP .

My price is below that, and just because Argos has a promotion ont he item, I wouldn't go as far as to call that the 'norm' of prices when it comes to this particular item;)

Will xbox 1 ever be back in stock? I cant think of a store that still sells new xbox consoles around here.

On a sidenote, if you offer some interesting stuff i'd be most happy to buy from you. You must have something more interesting than an xbox 1 :)

n-y-n , XBOX 1 manufacturing stopped as soon as it was possible, especially considering NVIDIA and MS's contract disputes. That's one of the main reasons the 360 came out SO early compared to the other consoles. So in short, no, no-one is going to restock on XBOX 1 consoles.

Even the console I have is a 05, and not 06 factory, which implies that it has been in their storage for quite some time! (06 might include 1.6 mobo ver. which is the worst XBOX series, for modding, if u wanna flash the BIOS)

I am willing to drop the price to 89GBP considering your interest however :)

As for the 'other' items.. I m sorry to report that I m a sort of 'black-hole' when it comes to rare and unreleased or obscure things.. I can't sell things that are one of a kind or rare - or else I d have sold a special little add-on for a ton of money ;)

    in what?the mobos?

Earlier motherboards are easier to get around and manipulate for 'improper' purposes.

@retro: Thanks for the links! my price sure beats GAMES :D

Eh, I wouldn't say that. I mean really, you can go from first boot to fully modded in 5 minutes on a v1.6 box and never crack the case. ;)

The "big" advantage to v1.0-v1.5 box was that the BIOS was on a flash chip and could be directly flashed with a modded BIOS if you didn't want to install a chip or do a software mod.

    Edit: I mean 98 pond <-->99 euro.
