I suppose I can ship to a few other locations... Depending on what you want

Also It would be easier for me if you paid an excess of the shipping cost and I promise to refund the difference.

I sold a GBOX with the promise of £26 shipping last week, only to find that my courier dont class Greece as Europe. This caused me a lot of grief and was ultimately £15 more expensive, and I had to travel around to get the cost that low. (Imagine carrying a huge 10kg box on a motorcycle for miles)
