FS: Tom Clown for Sega Genesis, unlicensed game from Realtec

I'm selling this obscure cartridge, which I honestly have no real clue about. No Google search brings up any results, and I've never heard of this game despite all the other stuff Realtec released. Game is only tested on my Retrode(no TV or console here) and partially dumps, but can't produce a playable ROM past the Realtec logo. I'm pretty sure it works perfectly fine in a console though, just has copy protection.

Due to its obscurity I assume it's worth at least something, so I'm asking $40 + $3 shipping within the US. Ask for a shipping quote if you're overseas.
