I have about 30 of these, asking $15 apiece or 10 for $99. Some are large, some are small, but they are all original empty socketed or unsocketed 4 and 8 EPROM Sega Genesis empty development PCB boards.

Please pm me how many of the 8 chip boards you have, and consider two of them on hold.

Wow, plenty of things I would take back if I had the chance, I actually really like Jason at this point. Lots of jealously and unwarranted hostility back then (largely on my part), but it doesn't justify anything that I said.

Sorry about that Jason, definitely wasn't cool.

If it makes you feel better Adam, I still think you're one of the dumbest people I've ever encountered on the internet.

Anyway, on topic, I've spent thousands of dollars with Jason and he is easily one of the best sellers I've ever dealt with.

    Edited for grammar*

Jason IS one of the best sellers on the planet.

As for Mark I'll never again deal or talk with him or his brother again. I avoid all threads he starts and only ask the same in return.

Ha! I don't think it really is. Adam was stirring the pot a bit from pointing out some nonsense I said like 2 years ago, just wanted to publicly apologize after it was brought up again is all.

As for Adam, I don't really have anything against him. We disagree on most things, but it's the internet, I'm pretty sure that happens every once in a while ;-) . As for not dealing with me or Matt ever again, we've bought from him in the past without issue and have nothing negative to say about him as a seller.

Anyway, this stuff definitely clogs threads, so can we let it go? Good luck with the rest of the boards Jason!

They are all the same price? These aren't by Sega are they?

Could you list the chips on the 8 socket board? It doesn't look like they have SRAM or FRAM so they are out of place unless they are buffers.

8 sockets = 32M, same as the 4 socket. What are the chips though?

If they're the same as my one they're silkscreened as taking 27C1000s (1Mbit x8, so 8 chips = 8Mb). My 4-chip one is a third-party one by Advantech which takes 27C040s (512k x 8). That one has very low-profile sockets so that it will still fit into a cart case with ROMs stuffed.

I don't care for Mark but I wasn't trying to start anything between them. Jason linked to a thread where he himself was bashed and I found that funny. Jason and I have shared threads like this with each other in the past where he or I were bashed for prototypes so I knew he would find it funny as well.

Good luck with the sales Jason.

He just wanted to know what EPROMs they would use. Don't stress :)

Those 4-chip boards are just like mine, so I'd expect them to take 27C040s.
