    Hi All,

I am selling my old Jamma collection.
The last time any game was seen working was about 3 months ago when we had a machine still.

Therefore I am selling as untested but would really like someone to come along and try before they buy somehow - I am in London. Anyone else in London want to come and take them off me? I could go with them to their setup.
What I want is to not get ripped off but I also don't want anyone else to feel ripped off neither.

Pickup only as I don't want them to arrive in a million pieces

I'm selling at half the trading price or thereabouts and willing to accept offers.
    Particularly for the lot.

    Chase HQ £30
    [IMG]

    Elevator action £37.50
    [IMG]

Gladiator £30 - this a relatively rare pcb
    [IMG]
may need a bit of soldering
    [IMG]

    New Zealand story £60
    [IMG]

Return of the Space Invaders (on hold as awaiting offer from a collector who asked for it) - this is rare
    [IMG]

    Space gun £40 rare
    [IMG]

Volfied £60 this was tested 3 months ago should work - quite rare
    [IMG]

International Cup '94 also knows as hat trick hero '94 with memory £30
    [IMG]

    Thunder fox £30

I'll take New Zealand Story! And I might also take Volfied if I have enough cash laying around (but need to check that first).

EDIT: Oh, dang. Just read pickup only... :( Sure you don't want to send?

I'd like to send but its risky sending fragile items like this abroad...i'd slap it in nice bubble wrap but even so I'm scared T_T

I sent/received in the past a few arcade boards with no problem at all. You have to put them in the box which have at least 5cm of space on each side (top/bottom) and put the board in the middle and the rest fill with bubbles/paper or such.

Why don't you put cash directly into your friends bank account (should be free and instant over the counter at any major bank) instead of the convoluted methods that will have fees?

Then your friend can pay cash and you will both be safer without having to worry about paypal and what not.

Good choice. Great game, fantastic price. I also live in Glasgow btw (not that it makes a huge difference, but anyway... hello!)

If the sale of the "Return of the Space Invaders" fall through, can I be next in line please? Thanks!

    P.S. Is it a bootleg?

legion -i can bank transfer the money to my friend who can pay you on pickup if you want to do it like that. whatever you want, hes a good friend and i trust him to look after the board etc and is a reliable person in case you have any worries about this going through another person to get to me.

let me know if this is good for you and if it hasn't already gone.

parris - hey man, i seen you were selling those cabinets over on AO sorely tempted especially with the close proximity but trying to save some money for a flat at the minute. i thought you were getting out of the arcade scene, that a game you'd been wanting for a while?

Jugems Cloud: I no longer purchase cabinets, I have cut down my expenditure massively and only really going for the odd board as and when a particular one comes up. I've kept 2 cabinets and about 40 titles, which I may eventually sell but tbh my kids love most of them so they'll get the use out of them.

I am a Space Invaders fiend. I have several different versions and this one intrigues me as I have never seen anything on it until it arrived on here the other day, but ironically another one sold on Jamma+ for £40.00 yesterday. I was wondering it was the same one, but perhaps not!

Legion: I realise you've not got a cabinet to test this in or a rig. When was the last time you saw it up and running?

    I am tempted :)

    Hi Parris,

Yep as per my initial message the last time we fired up anything was about 3 months ago and that was Volfiev. Return of the Invaders hasn't seen action for about a year.

I can send it over if you want so you can try.
Shame you aren't in London as I'd have taken it round ^_^

legion - pm'd with my friends e-mail to sort out a collection time/date.

paris - wasn't even thinking that you were in the same boat about getting the pcb to you or i would have asked my friend to pick it up for you as well, but it looks like you've possibly got something sorted anyway.

there doesnt seem to be much going on arcade wise up here, have seen a cabinet in the wild for a long time. my friends were saying to me theres a neo with sam sho running in the chinese supermarket at the back of stow college so might have to take a trip down there soon.

    Hey,

Legion has suggested that he would be happy for your friend to pick up the PCB for me to test it. Would that be possible Jugems?

I know the Chinese supermarket, but I had no idea they had a Neo Geo cabinet still lurking in there. Last time I was in that place was probably 10 years ago when I walked past on a seriously hot day and dropped in for some juice. Must go have a look!
