still on a mission to raise fund for camping trip, so am selling this as its now surplus to requirements

its a component to vga transcoder made by v-digi (model vd-23), very similar to the x2vga by neoya

it basically converts any component HD signal (480p, 720p 1080i) into a vga signal, this is a true transcoder, not a upscaler, so whatever res olution goes into it, comes out, what it doesnt do is handle 480i signals very well, you can use it for 480i, but the quailty is not brilliant, this is the same for all vga transcoders.

can be used for either a lcd screen /plasma / projecter with vga input, or like i use and have it hooked to a 21" crt monitor, and there are loads of settings to tweak with by using some dipswitches on the side of the box

also has a vga passthrough so you can still use you original input

ive used it for gamecube, wii, and original xbox, and the results are fantastic, colours are vibrant, picture definition is crystal clear.

official site here and review here

i havent got a pic at the moment as its still plugged into the back of my crt monitor

    anyways, heres what you get,
    v-digi box,
UK 220/240v power supply (should be ok in europe with a plug converter)
    vga cable
    set of component leads
and ill email the manual to whoever buys, or you can get it from the vdigi website

this is not one of the cheap knockoff ones you can get on ebay that die after a week, they are as good as, if not better than the neoya x2's

looking for around £50 inc delivery to uk, postage will be more for europe, and dont really want to sell to USA due to power voltage difference

Is it only 220 to 240 volts input? Most stuff like that ranges from 110 to 240 volts. If it can take 110 volts I'll buy it if shipping to Japan isn't too much (I don't mind surface mail as long as it's insured).

have checked with he manual and it doesnt say anything about power input apart from that it takes 7 - 9 volt dc jack power (standard round pin input), however seeing as it is american made and both reviews i found were from american sources im assuming it should have some sort of voltage regulator so will work on 110v power

£45 inc delivery to japan airmail, or £49.20 airsure (with tracking and insurance)

pm me if your intersted and ill forward on payment details

    cheers

49.20 with insurance sounds good. Will work great for my Wii on the TFT or DVD player ! I wonder if it's possible to use it to run a Saturn on the TFT? Anyway, PM sent.
