    Hi all,

I had great fun playing Die Hard Arcade in the arcades prior to games of LaserQuest (Oh, the memories! :icon_bigg ), but I've not played with my STV in ages so it's probably time I let somebody else enjoy it.

Thus, up for sale or trade is my STV system with 4 games: Die Hard Arcade, Winter Heat, Decathlete and Radiant Silvergun. This will work on any [correctly-functioning!] Supergun or JAMMA cabinet for a plug-and-play way to play the world's best shoot-em-up :icon_bigg

Pics (bigger versions available under each; if you can't see them mail me and we'll sort something out):

This motherboard is fitted with a dual JAP/EUR BIOS, so you can play Japanese games without any problems; just turn the board off, flick the switch and power it back up. I do have the original BIOS somewhere if required, but I'd have to hunt for it. This mod lets you play Radiant Silvergun in the correct three-button style denied to American arcades!

The more observant among you may have noticed the only flaw with this motherboard; one of the locating sprockets on the cart slot has snapped off. This in no way affects gameplay at all since it's only cosmetic; however for the sake of openness I've taken a picture anyway.

I still have the broken piece and will supply it should you want to glue it back; personally I wouldn't bother. Bigger pic: http://www.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~nb104/images/stv-cartslot.jpg

The PCB has seven 'feet' attached, two of which are damaged. These will be removed for shipping and are a trivial replacement in any case.

I'm open to trades: things I'm looking for include a DTL-H30000 TEST PS2, any unusual/rare/dev hardware and any interesting arcade boards. Part-exchange offers are also welcome. Please make me an offer!

    Thanks for looking!

I WILL BUY YOUR RADIANT SILVERGUN!!!!!!

I'm sorry, it's just that I"ve been after this for too long. As I already have an ST-V plus all the other games (except for DHA, but I'm not really after it), I would like to buy it loose, if you agree.
Here's what I have for (part) trade:

-CPS2 Street Fighter Alpha kit, European version. A+B board, manual, stickers.
-Neo Geo MVS + Samurai Shodown 2 & Samurai Spirits 4
-blue Playstation debugger with new lens
    -Astra Superstars ST-V cartridge
-Sega Model 2A board with Virtua Fighter 2
    -Sega MegaTech board

And some more stuff when I think of it... oh and also my kidneys.

Oh, I should have added that I'd prefer it to go as one lot, though I'll split if tempted enough. I'd prefer Silvergun to go with the system board, at least. Unless you feel like tempting me further...:icon_bigg

You have until next Friday to make more solid offers, anyway.

ASSEMbler: no problem. It really pisses me off when people don't do as they're told so I figured I should at least try and keep people happy ;-)

AntiPasta decided not to buy so this lot is up for trade offers again. Pretty much anything considered, give me a try :)

I'm also willing to split the set.

It wil be trade only as you havent got any prices (the rules clearly state you have to add a price to any item your selling- No offers-).

I specifically stated trade only in both the title and body, which is why I removed the prices - I decided I would rather trade than accept cash. I'm fully aware of the rules, which is why I changed the listing, and, in fact, why ASSEMbler thanked me for following them when I first posted.

So no, I'm not going to add prices, because it's for trade and not for sale. If I wanted to sell it then I could have just left the prices in

Long bump. I still have this cluttering my house and I have so much work on these days that I don't get much gaming time. I've had a lot of fun with it in the past but it's time for it to move on...

So, if anybody would like to trade something for the whole lot then please get in touch.

[The board's been carefully stored since I first posted this, but I can supply more recent pics if people don't believe I still have it]

Yeah the forums abit quirky where u can change the title in your post but not of the actuall thread. Hence back then (i just changed it for you now) it still said FS/T.

Anyways good luck with the trade.

Not currently looking for a CDZ...I wouldn't mind an MVS system (anything except the MV1 - don't have the space), maybe with a couple of games.

Failing that I'm always interested in Sega dev stuff (Genesis onwards) and anything unusual :) Try me, we can work out STV+cash trades as well if you have something of greater value to trade
