    i have recently modded a Sega Saturn,

    What ive done:

    - Region free bios (Jap)
    - Phantom modchip
    - Semi 50/60Hz switch (I had brought this because a previous owner tried a mod but failed, but it has been locked into 60hz which I don't see much of a problem with is, though it will probably drop the price a bit)
    - One controller
    - A ll hookups needed for use
    and ofc replacement batteries
