That was great! I'm a 80's guy myself. Yep, in the 80s everything was happening and exciting. Not like today. Yeah, new tech is better but it just doesn't have that WOW factor. Remember the first time you saw a twin tape stereo or even a double VCR?

Yeah I remember both things, but also the hair. I am actually thinking of getting some serious heavy metal hair again.

Apparently the latest IE is pretty good. Whatever's in beta right now, 9 I think. That's what I've heard anyways.

Yeah, thought I like Firefox better I have to admit that from what I've seen the MS guys are doing a great job with IE9.

LMAO at BleckBarry, a Curve 8520 clone is what it is and i doubt it's as good as a Curve.

I was of that thinking too - until a piece of code that worked on FF, Opera, Chrome and Safari didn't work on IE8 the other day. Now, I'm not so sure.

The biggest problem MS face with IE is that they can't afford to break code written to be compatible with older versions of IE (such as business intranets) else they will risk losing yet more customers to IE - not that it's much skin off their back.

Their corporate customer's are a thick-ass layer of skin on their back.

They won't loose that just to allow for new shiny graphics.

IE6 is still being used in intranet/corporate systems even though MS officially dropped support for that browser and require IE7 and up. IE9 is supposed to fill the gap completely.
