FYI: A Potential Good Turbografx Deal For People in Europe

Direct4Games, AKA Telegames, has a decent deal on the UK Turbo Grafx system...which is fairly uncommon. 20 GBP plus another 10 GBP to get it to you if you're in the UK. Plus it comes with Blazing Lasers, which is well, awesome.

Alas...60 GBP to ship to the US puts total cost for me around 155 USD...which is waaaaaay too fucking much. Damn you, weak dollar!

Grumble. A minty new PAL Turbografx would be nice for me...but it would be even better for you guys who didn't get it at all. Remember...it plays all US games... I still prefer PC Engine...but its still a deal...

    Enjoy?

Too bad it has the crappy US design rather than the Japanese one.

Well, I'm still gonna call it a good deal if you're in the UK.

Only £10 shipping in the UK :)

Shame I already have one (somewhere)

Could you ship it to someone in the UK and I am sure it will be cheaper to ship onwards?

Shame I live the wrong side of London or I could collect some.....

Eh, I don't care a super ton, I already have a PC Engine and a US Duo, so I don't really need one. If I could get a deal, sure, but the ludicriously weak dollar pretty much destroys any chance of that.

I'd just thought I'd pass on the deal as I know that Europe didn't really get a fair shake with Turbo Grafx...and its a great system...and a relatively cheap price for one.
