Nothing super exciting here, but I thought I would throw up some pictures of an FZ-35S5A1 since I couldn't find any pics of it with a quick google search. This unit is slightly different from the FZ-35S1H1 (pictured all over the place) in that it has an LS-120 SuperDisk drive instead of an HDD. Here is a picture of the setup along with vizHouse: In the next two pictures, the FZ-35S5A1 unit is on top and the more common FZ-35S1H1 unit is underneath. The SuperDisk drive can clearly be seen in the first picture of the front of the two units.
Ha a SuperDrive. I've got something like 15 disks laying around here with a USB SuperDrive. Stop gap solution for a problem CD-ROM completely solved.
That is interesting. Would you happen to know if the FZ-35S5A1 has a different bios compared to the FZ-35S1H1? Have you ever opened the unit to see where and how the floppy drive is connected to the mainboard? And two more (unrelated) questions while i am at it; - Does the Dolphin demo boot on the FZ-351H1/5A1? - Does IMSA racing boot on the FZ-21S1?
