I agree. I love to collect them but now I have ran out of space for GC consoles. The only one that I would buy now is a NPDP Reader. This is how my Gamecube tower looks like now:
The GC tower is great, at the beginning I didn't imagine it would look so good. Anyway, two more games. I only bought Street Fighter V because I got it for US$30.
Yesterday was my birthday and I got a lot of nice things for my collection. The only game that I bought for myself and it wasn't a gift from my parents is Rush 2. Now I think I may be able to finish the N64 set this year.
I got a good number of games this month and I have passed the 1800 mark. And now I'm missing 65 games for the N64 full set.
Nice pick ups. How do you find that Zelda, for me I kinda preferred the roughness of the GC version more.
I have yet to play it. Yesterday I started Star Fox Zero but I think the next game that I will play after I finish SF0 will be this Zelda. I remember liking the Wii version very much. I never played the GC version although I own it since release.
I have to go check the Wii version, but is it true that on wii the world is inverted to allow the playability with the wii mote?
I thought Link was just right handed in the Wii version because most players are right handed and used the Wiimote. I may be wrong though.
My pickups for this month: I wanted Far Cry 4 for the 360 to complete the FC set on this console. Motorstorm I found it for cheap and decided to buy it since I already own the first one and the second. Infinite Space took awhile to arrive but now I have it.
I arrived today from New York and I bought a lot of new stuff. I'm one game away from the 1850 mark and I'm missing 49 games for the N64 fullset. I had a list of N64 games that I wanted CIB for my collection and so I decided to buy every game that I still wanted CIB. It wasn't cheap but at least I found a collector selling his collection on a forum and it was cheaper than to buy everything on ebay. Six of the games in the picture below I bought from this collector and the rest from ebay. I found the Star Wars game at Videogamesnewyork. I was after it for a long time but it's hard to find it CIB and it a nice condition. At least now I have it and it is sealed. I also got online one NES game that I found interesting and 4 loose N64 games at another (expensive) store. And I also bought some current gen stuff. Natural Doctrine was full price but since it's getting hard to find I decided to buy it.
Some stuff for GBC, GBA, Vita and PS1: Some dev stuff: And some N64 games. Now I'm missing 30 games for the full set.
It's a diag disc. I think it's almost like a Service disc. When you boot it, it gives the screen below and it runs some diagnostics on the console.
i got my copy of Soldner X2 for the Vita and 75 N64 cart protectors. Now I just need to buy another 65 N64 box protectors and my whole N64 collection will be protected. On the weekend I want to organize the game room with the games I bought since I organized it last year.
I got one more game before I started to organize the room. And then I started to organize the games in the game room. I had some games to put on the shelves: And this is how my game room looks now (there isn't any big difference to last year although I put a lot more games on the shelves and I put the VIrtual Boy below the screen and two GB sets on its place): If you compare to last year's pictures, those are the ones that have something different: Also I still have some games and consoles in my bedroom:
