Game bars in Japan

I am sure we can have a assemblergames meet up in May Drink, games, women (okay maybe not the women).

 

I'm all for it !

 

will be in the gamebar A-Button (akihabara, taito-ku) tomorrow together with a friend. if someone likes to join, we will be there from around pm 5 to 9

 

What do you guys think of the name "PRE-GAME" for a Game Bar.

I can't make it tonight, but I am going to Tokyo tomorrow to buy expensive games and to visit the Pachinko museum (exciting stuff....)

Btw 9pm? What sort of late hour is that?

 

excellent I have a 2pm meeting with a game company and done by 4 easily so be there for 5

 

I was there from 5-7 unfortunately I had to leave and meet someone for dinner..I couldnt speak any Japanese to the staff ...I would have loved to they seemed cool.
There were 3 random old women there too lol
I first got into the top 4 on the ds shooter button challenge then played some lost planet 2

 

sorry mate, we just made it there to 7 o'clock and stayed till about 9:30. we just missed us for few minutes I guess . when we came in the three old women just left. so we could hit some pce. yeah the owner is a funny guy and knows a lot about retro stuff (and belgian beers )

Yeah they did take up the PCE section hehe.
I like the place...hopefully I'll have learnt more Japanese when I come back.
I'll stick my business card on the wall too...Idea Factory took 3 cards off me so I had none left to stick on the wall

lol everytime I told my friends in Japan I was going to a game bar they always joked gay bar

 

so who will be there tomorrow? I will be there from 11am till end

 

will be in there today after pm 8, for a short play'n'beer. but probably not longer than 9.

 

I'll check this place out when I finally get over to Japan next year.
