    I use 7zip. There is also a rar, that I assume is all the multipart archives combined.

    But 7zip doesn't allow me to extract the bin or cue files.

    Nope, they've got changes that weren't open sourced because the parent company offered a non-GPL license for commercial use which nintendo went with and thus they contain important parts about the CPU which you can't move over.
