I heard there was a Game Boy Micro Famicom Edition II out there but rare. Is that true. Does anybody has ist or has pics of it?
There are 3 game collection cases for the series. Importaku has them all. If you're after a picture check out his page - http://homepage.ntlworld.com/importaku/importakus collection/
No, there wasn't a particular 2nd edition. The Famicom GBM was only released as a set of a GBM and a "controller I"-faceplate for the Gameboy. But since the original Famicom featured two very different looking controllers, Nintendo made a GBM faceplate seperately to accompany the GBM Famicom LE. The player2-faceplate was never sold with a GameBoy though, it was only available as an exclusive Club Nintendo item in Japan. At one time ebay was flooded with them but now they don't show up that often. Keep serching regularly & you might just spot one.

Believe it or not, I bought mine (not the faceplate) new in store in Doha, Qatar while I was there on a project for Shell. IF anyone ever goes there it's a little shop on the top floor of The Centre just across from Applebee's. They have a lot of interesting stuff lying around, I walked out with new in box, GBSP, DS and the GMB. Mind you unless you are a westerner or a local it's pretty hard to get in if you are Asian looking. I am not being discriminate but the front door guards are.
I have one of those, they were sold in the usa without a special box or anything it was just one of the color out there. The "II" faceplace is awesome, such a subtle change yet very cool.
