I often see interesting games in YouTube videos that I might like to buy, but I often never seem to be able to remember them after the video is over. So I was wondering, do you guys know of any online collection database type websites? One that also allows you to add a game as a wanted/wishlist entry? I found a nice one at retrocollect.com, but they don't have a wishlist option. It would be perfect otherwise!

Gamespot has/had one, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.

I normally just use a combination of Google docs that I can also keep on my smartphone. I always worry about investing a ton of time putting data into an external website and then it dying out or something and me loosing all the content.

Though, I do use http://pcedaisakusen.net/ for PCE specific stuff since it makes it easier to share.

This guy makes some cool ios apps : http://www.puregaming.org/software.html

Still, the biggest problem with these is that they are region specific (on this case US). So spreadsheets still are the easiest and most flexible solution, since they can be used on smartphones.

Yeah, I've been using a Google Doc spreadsheet, since it updates in the cloud from either my phone or my computer.

Wishlists annoy me. I try to keep at 100 maximum games on the list. But I buy games that aren't on the list and the list looks more like "games that I want but I'll buy later" with emphasis on the "later"...
I mean, I keep looking at them but never buy them. If I do, I buy like, two, and put another two on the list right away.
I should rise the wishlist to something like 500...

I usually use wishlists like "games I reaaaallly want whenever I can find them", as opposed to ones I will just get anyways.
