So it finally sold!
And the winner is that guy (fc_????) who is constantly buying uber-rare hibaihins for thousands of dollars each. Just remembering the special Famitsu version of Mega CD Lethal Enforcers, I think that was him as well ^_^

I wouldn't be surprised if the buyer was someone in Dubi with more cash than all of us put together. These collectors will pay any amount since to them it's small change.

Isn't there a Sega collector from Kuwait, known on ebay as "nightss"? He drew my attention a couple of years ago when he bought about 50 items at once (each between 20-100 euro) from the Japanese ebay seller palet_th.

Maybe it's him - or just one of all the other collectors who got rich over the time. I could imagine fc_xxxx is a successful salaryman in some company somewhere in Japan who likes to be part-time otaku ^^

 

Well, I don't know. I think if you save up and are patient enough, you can collect them without being rich (if you so wish of course ^_^).

 

Then very likely the same Kuwaiti collector who bought my white label promo of Flintstones Viva Rock Vegas for the Dreamcast way back when... (He made my day )

I'm pretty sure he's japanese, though.

I saw it 15mn too late, the "auction/BIN" lasted like 1 hour.

 

Fuck -- when did that come out? Totally missed it. Probably wasn't watching at the right time. I'm not into PC-E collection any more but 180,000 yen I would've snatched it up.
