I was looking through a Game Gear service manual and on page 29 and 30 there's a mention of a check cartridge (I guess diagnostic would be better term?) I tried to Google for it but didn't find anything. I was wonder if it was ever dumped? I'd like to get my hands on the rom and load it up in Everdrive to test a few Game Gear to quickly find problems.
