    Hello,

I just finished recapping some game gears. On one of the game gears a pad ripped off.
    It's a 2 asic version. The pad that's ripped is on C31(big one on top, 100uf, 6.3V).
I can't find the spot where this (minus) pad goes to.

But the game gear works without this cap.
My question is: can I leave it like this and use the game gear without this cap?

You don't *really* need it. It's the main +5v power supply filtering cap. The minus goes to ground, which comes from the blue connector above. You can connect to another ground if you like with similar results.
