In all likelyness, given that places like those are high competition areas, you won't be able to bargen like you can in other areas. In most cases, rather than bargen for $$$ off, you bargen for free-bees and the like. It's much easier to give away some stuff that doesn't sell, than to tell your boss you gave a hard-cash discount.
It really is pretty fun walking around even just browsing. Yeah as a few of us said you would only be looking to get a few dolars off if anything. The only thing i really got a discount on was a DS case that i got like $15 dolars off. Sucks that you only had that much converted but at least you got a nice console while your there.
