Modchip and burn it to disc.
Otherwise no, you can't stream it.

Modchip then burn the startup disc of any region you'd like (gameboy player doesn't care which it uses). NTSC discs allow 480p with that expensive component cable.

    What they said.

Though I've cornered the market on XenoGC chips. Wonder if you could boot the DOL from a memory card or SD card.

    EDIT:

    Answer: maybe.

No idea what entails a "trimmed" DOL but the ripped image compresses into a few megabytes IIRC.

Here's a tut I wrote for another forum.

Boot Gamecube Backups With Action Replay

Install GCOS 1.5 and autoboot (no menu) with Action Replay

    You'll need:

    • A Gamecube.
    • An official Nintendo Memory Card, 251 or 59.
    • A way to run dol files on your Gamecube, like PSO1&2+BBA, or Max Drive Pro
    • Action Replay for Gamecube

    1) ** This step will erase everything on your memory card **
Insert your Official Nintendo Memory card into Slot B.
Run "1 format.dol", press A to format it.

    2) Reset your Gamecube and go into the GC bios save manager,
it should say you need to format, so format it.

    3) Run "2 install-ARcodes.dol", press X to write the file,
and press R to select slot B.

    4) Run "3 install-level2.dol", press X to write the file,
and press R to select slot B.

    5) Run "4 install-gcos15.dol", press X to write the file,
and press R to select slot B.

    6) Put in Action Replay, reset, go to Start Game, open the lid,
close the lid, and GCOS 1.5 should boot up. Enjoy!

    Additional notes:

I used Max Drive Pro to run the dol files.
You need an official MC, 3rd party wont work or are temperamental.
I had to reboot in-between each step.
You might need to adjust the laser on some Cubes to read backups.
This doesn't work on the Wii, at least not for me.

    Objective:

This allows you to boot Gamecube backups using an action replay and official memory card.

    Dload

Just loading the main.dol won't work since it loads GFX from the disc fs.

Also use the right video mode for the GBAPlayer disc, my GCOS for some reseaon defaults to force NTSC and a PAL GBAPlayer will then simply freeze with a black screen!

I would hit the Gamestops for a replacement $9.99 GB Player with disc, cheaper then the mod chip route. A pressed original disc is always better then a DVDR, less work for your Gamecube disc drive and the best way to boot your GB Games. If you have good raport with the Gamestop Manager, you could even have one shipped in from another Gamestop if the GB Player is not local.

I missed that part. If you aren't going to use it I don't see the point? It's obvious you can pirate the disc and burn it onto a DVD. But I guess you were hoping for a homebrew or DOL file to start it. I know of no such solution. The GB Player is neat though and worth the 15$ to get the disc to use it. Pair that with a SNES controller adapter from RetroUSB.
