Ok, I just got a PEXHDCAP pretty cheap on ebay, and everything I've tried on it so far, works fine. Dreamcast, PS2, Mega Drive, Super Nintendo, Sega Saturn all work fine. Gamecube on the other hand, seems all distorted (despite it looking fine on my Sony BVM)
Heres a video to show you what it looks like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/625zblaa8s01tbj/gamecube_distorted.mp4?dl=0

Upon further investigation, I noticed that the distorted area at the top, is only present in 480i and only in the top field. The bottom field looks fine. 240p output is also fine.

Any idea why this is happening, and why its only happening with the Gamecube?
I'm using a heavily shielded, custom made RGB SCART cable, which goes through a gscartsw.
Tried it with and without the sync stripper active. Result is the same.

Ok I fixed it. Apparently my RGB scart cable was dodgy im some way. I used the scart cable from my N64 and it works fine. Oh well....
