Well over at xbox-scene there is someone who claims they made a gamecube emulator for xbox. Here is the link http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=437563 What does everyone think?
This isn't funny like the people asking where they could find the PS2 emulator for Xbox; this is just sad.
i saw really worse in the Underground PSP homebrew community. First, when you're there, you know a bit what you're talking about. So anyway, someone asked if there was Dreamcast and Gamecube emulators on their way to the PSP homebrew community. Worse thing is that people discused about the possibilities, like if it could be done.
People are so stupid. For the time and effort it would take to emulate the Gamecube on the Xbox (let's just say it's possible for the sake of argument), there wouldn't be any point. Gamecubes are $60 now. If you have a job, that's maybe a week's paycheck, and that's assuming you have the worst paying job in the world. People need to start using common sense.
Not long after xbox launched, I was in a local gaming store when a few 20somethings came in and started looking a billys latest and greatest. His friend said "why don't you get a ps2?", his reply," there the same thing, and you can play ps2 games on it[xbox]" I thought it was hysterical
is that windows longhorn, or is it Microsoft Windows Windows(r) the microsoft windows windows is a registered trademark of Microwesoft
The gamecube emu on xbox thing is pretty dumb, but today someone in one of my classes (level designe) was claiming that their is an xbox emu for psp. I tried to make him listen to reason but he wouldn't have it and began to claim that his friend had actualy played halo on the psp right in front of him. I bet him $100 that he was full of it. It'll be interesting to see what he comes up with to try and prove that he's right.
Eh, thanks to the PSP's low res screen and lack of video output, it would be *very* easy to fake an Xbox emu on the PSP. Probably take me an hour or so to set everything up and I could even film a video of it--from start up, to boot screen, to in-game. If I wanted to get fancy I could even go so far as to drop in a UMD and have Halo boot off that. Shit, that sounds like an awesome thing to drop on BT. Think the boys over at XS would have fun with that one oldengineer? The only question is what to call it... -hl718
