hey guys I just installed the hdmi board from KNJN but have lost input response to the player 1 port of the gamecube.

Anyone got ideas of what is wrong? Possibly the controller input wired to 94 on the pluto board shorting?
All other ports are working without issues but only Smash is playable due to the player 1 port not getting a response.

    Any info is appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Interlach.

I have found out thanks to Badassconsoles over on twitter that my controller port is dead for good. Admins please close this thread if need be, thank you.

Does the video output work? If not, the board may be unprogrammed or may be programmed with another bitstream.

If you do get a video output from the FPGA, the problem is likely a short or misconnection related to that wire or the points it is supposed to connect to - for example connecting it to P93 instead of P94 on the FPGA board would likely result in such symptoms. GCVideo will work without it, but you won't be able to use the OSD.
