Gamecube NR Reader in Green - Pal or NTSC?

    Here is a link to a NR Reader listing on ebay UK. Is it Pal or NTSC, how can you tell?

    says EUR in the lower right...all PAL products i have are also labeled with that XX-EUR, so i think it's a pal machine

    There's the CE mark too, so it's stuitable for sale in Europe. Then again, that crazy 220V NTSC PS2 Test does spring to mind, but that was a pretty crazy one...

    Green PAL NR Readers do not have a country switch.
    Green NTSC NR Readers DO have a country switch.
