A few weeks ago I won a copy of the Shikigami No Shiro 2 box set (sealed at the amazing price of of $20 shipped), and waited with bated breath for it to arrive. I had purchased a FreeLoader v1.06b disc last summer to use the copy of Doushin The Giant I bought from Tachikoma, and everything worked fine on my roommate's Gamecube (this was before I bought my own) so I expected no problems. However, upon recieving the game, I attempted to load the FreeLoader disc, and got an error from the 'Cube. I went back to the living room and sure enough, it booted fine on my roommate's system. The only reason I can possibly think of for it to not run on my system is that I have one of the newer revision 'Cubes that lack the digital-out port, and therefore could possibly have a different BIOS revision or something. So can anyone tell me - A) Is there any version of the FreeLoader (either on its own or after it combined with the Action Replay disc) that will work on the newer Gamecube models, and barring that B) Does the region switch mod still work for this model of Gamecube?
