Gamecube to Gb micro link now possible

While randomly browsing i came across this thread, it looks like you can hack a cable so you can connect you gb micro to your gamecube for micro pacman vs or zelda goodness.

Mine turned up today & i have to say im very impressed.

It looks and feels quality & is built very sturdily, well worth £11. It's suprising how easier it is using the micro to play 4 swords & pacman vs. Going to go through all my gc games that use link up to see what its like (^_^)

Glad that Troz made the cable as if i was waiting for bloody nintendo id never enjoy the delights of pacman vs on my micro.

Now, if only we had a Micro to Micro cord...That would be very useful. Either way, it is still handy.

 

Yeah the hardest part is getting the micro to micro link cable so you can hack it to make the gc link cable.

You can only get them direct from nintendo by the look of it. I still cant work out why nintendo never made a official gb micro to gamecube lead.

Not even a 3rd part manufacturer has thought of making one.

 

pretty. I hope with the sales of micro droping in jpn that the price will come down soon. Want one to save but want to wait till they are cheaper.

 

Same here, a micro could rekindle my GBA love, but I can't justify their current prices when I already have 4 other GBA's.
