Gamecube modded with a XenoGC modchip, Viper Case and Region Switch. Also a Silver matching gameboy player. Honestly not sure what to price this for. Would like prices for with/with out the gameboy player.

    Pics below.

GC's go for about 40-50, so 70-90 euro I would guess.

Power supply included? GB player boot disc included?

40-50 euros ($57-$67) is a bit much to charge for just the console, I'd say more like 30 euros. at the most (without any mods or GB player). That's basing it on local prices here.
    Moving to dollars now...

Everything? I'd say $80-$90 assuming the PSU is included.
Without the GB player (and boot disc) I'd say $70. They're not worth too much, as they are fairly common.

EDIT- while most people don't care it's worthwhile to point out that you've got an analog video out model- to a select few people that's a bad thing.

Can pick up cubes here for around £20 on ebay (less, if local/private)

Id charge around £25 for modding, cases from kiff around £12

makes it around £60 or so, which is around $80-90.

Which goes with pretty much whats been said above.

Keep in mind that it appears to be a DOL-101, meaning it's the price cut revision that lacks a digital port; as such, it should be priced accordingly since it lacks a nice feature that the first GCs had.

Not to mention it only has a replacement case for the top half of the console, and it looks like it's pretty scuffed up. I wouldn't pay more than 40 USD for this console, without the GB player, because of it's revision, the damage, and the lack of an entire case replacement. Not to mention, it's just a Xeno GC, the most basic chip for the GC there is..

    90 Euro = 117.55 USD

I've never seen a stock GC go for more than 30 Euros in Europe these days, your prices are a bit off.. Heck, in the United States, they don't go for more than 30 USD stock, so 30 Euros is still a bit steep.
