Games Express card rare?

How hard is it to find a Games Express CD card for the PC Engine?

Are they rare?

 

Not really, they normally come with the Game Express CD games that require them as you need the card to play them. They aren't that hard to find and not too expensive.

I'm fairly certain that the cards were never sold as seperate items.

 

I can get a crap load just like that :nod: so they can't be at all rare I guess. Still, you can get a bit of Ebay for them

JapanGameStock.com has two CDs listed, hoepfully they come with the CD card.

 

I sold couple of games with that cards on evilebay few years back.
They sold for fair bit of money from memory. ^ ^
Not sure what's their going rate nowadays...

 

Both of the Games on JapanGameStock.com are around $20, and they will include the card, if asked.

 

Sound abot right, there are a few games which command more money but most are common and cheap and play rather pathetically...

one of two I sold was AV Tanjou I believe...

Hi-Leg Fantasy was sadly the best of them IMO, it followed closest to the quality of earlier FDS Hacker games.

 

Is there a difference between the GE system cards? The screens are different, but do they run the same software?

I have the green one, and am having some problems running CD Mahjong Bishoujo Chuushinha.

 

but it cost fair bit to get one.
Cost me close to mid-80 for my copy...
