I've been looking around for Nintendo, Sony, and Sega flip flops/sandals.
I know i'm a nerd but this is one of those few things even google couldn't find for me.

I see the mario shoes for $120 and I remember Sonic having his own line of shoes back in '93. But where is the beachwear? I know it's out there.

Hot Topic has Hello Kitty Flip Flops, a step in the right direction; But not even close.

The search button is my friend, but walmart might give me footrash.

I think there were also some Sonic branded/licensed grind shoes back during the Dreamcast era. I believe they were called "Soaps" or something silly like that and featured a moulded groove in the sole to allow juvenille delinquents the ability to "grind" stairwells in a sort of Jet Grind Radio-esque fashion.

I'll check my old issues of ODCM since I believe there was a review or at least a mention of them.

Yeah, there were Sonic soaps. They had a different name though....Scorchers or something? My cousin used to have those back in the day. Man they were annoying.

I think one of my friends bought a pair of Soaps. I'll have to ask him what happened to them.
