Gaming's funniest moments

Ever play a game just hit a moment that you just can't stop laughing at?

Like Pretty much doing anything in Katamari.

Or when you Fight Andrew in Samurai Shodown Tenka (the whole concept behind him and his stage alone cracks me up)

Maybe some bad engrish in a 16 bit game?

So what moments have you hit in a game that had you laughing so hard you couldn't play anymore.

 

GTA: SA - Me and another friend laughed all the way through not only because of the bad acting, but also because a Clown mode cheat was activated and CJ was wearing a Red Afro and a clown nose or something, and still trying to act all "Gangsta".

Timesplitters Future Perfect - The whole game was funny and satirical, but making "Death maps" and playing online and getting LOTS of people to join could make me laugh for hours. "DUDE WTF WORST MAP EVER, I MOVE AN INCH AND I BLOW UP"

MGS3 - When Raikov tried to grab Big Boss' nuts and said "HYAAAAAAAH" in a really high pitched voice.

Lunar SSSC had a few moments, but I can't remember them all, but I know I laughed at some of them, especially when Kyle was crossdressing to fool the enemy into thinking he was a woman, and when he was drunk.

Destroy all Humans 1 and 2 had a few particularly funny moments. When a hippy sees you, he runs away going "THATS NOT REAL!"

 

playing grand theft auto vice city one day a long time ago i was driving around in a golf cart (favorite vehicle in that game) just using stairs as ramps.

at one point i was slowly backing up and a kid on a vespa seriously plows straight into the side of my cart and he flies off forward.

it was out of no where and the funniest thing i saw in a video game in a long time.

 

Mario Kart 64 .. I forget the level.
A buddy and I were playing against the computer. Due to a brawl between
he and I, the computer had a chance to catch up. Princess (A.I. Controlled)
made a last second move and passed both of us very swiftly by hitting
a speed marker, I believe. In doing so she swurved into the grass just off the
course. We catch up about 10 seconds from the finish line, but no chance of
passing, when I hear my buddy scream "PRINCESS CAN'T PULL THE HILL!!!!"..
Sure enough we pass her only to see that she is peeling out trying to
go forward, but is slowly slidding off the level backwards because she never made
it off the steep grassy area.. We still laugh about it till this day.

 

I was playing the Ninja Turtles arcade game with a couple friends. We came to a boss fight and one of my buddies cried out, "Every man for himshellves!" We beat him up after that.

 

Crouching around in 007. They look like vacuum cleaners.

 

what about when we were playing the ninja turtles arcade game at my house jon and you fell asleep and we beat the game because you held forward and mashed a in your sleep?

 

scoring 2 goals on PES on the last 20 second of game and winning 2-1 against brazil after defending the whole match! actually it was more funny to look at my friend

 

Another fun one was accidently punching each other in Battletoads, or picking them up and jumping off a cliff with them in your hands.

haha, it's true. i was so friggin' tired. i think it was like 10:30 at night, too!! waaaaaay past my bed time!

 

Well, might not have been funny to me at the time, but in retrospect, about TMNT, me and my brother would ALWAYS fight over who got to eat the Pizza.

Me: My health is low - I need it
My bro: No, you'll just waste it anyway

And a few times I'd just take it.

Bro: DONT DO YOU DARE EAT THE PIZZA
Me: Takes Pizza
Bro: DAMMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT

 

ah man, just reminded me of tragic Super Smash Bros. Melee incidents hehe

Also, I used to kill both the dinosaurs and my fellow cavemen/friends in Conker's Bad Fur Day on the N64. (we d team up on dinosaurs and when dead we d charge on each other - sometimes i cut right thru the dinosaurs and went straight for my mates ;p )

 

Hmm here is a funny one, me and a mate were playing Diablo 2, and we put music in the background instead of the ingame music. And while we wre beating Diablo in Act 4, then we heard the Danish version of The Moonshiner (Scottish/irish folk song to those who don´t know) and we killed Diablo and laughed our arses off. And well De Gyldne Løver (The Golden Lions) has translated a lot of Irish folksongs. But anyway there are probably lots of other fun moments in games I have experienced. And just to point out, Bob Dylan has NOT made this song The Moonshiner, he has just remade a new melody and remade the song text of the song of The Wild Rover and called it "The Moonshiner".

 

Man, I remember Pizza fights in TMNT.

Other person: My health is low, let me get the pizza.
Me: *takes pizza*
Other: WTF IM GUNNA DIE NOW
Me: I WAS HUNGRY STFU

 

Resident evil 2 back in 1998..
We actually thought nothing was going to happen in the interrogation room
with the one way mirror. It took us about 5 minutes to walk past the mirror
the first time going towards the shelf. When nothing happened, I just strolled
by the mirror on the way back and we got the piss scared out of us. I think
my friend turned white, and we had to pause for a couple of minutes while we
calmed down.

 

Whilst playing Alundra on the PS1, one of the characters suddenly goes off on a rant about the lack of cable TV in their sleepy coal powered village. Found that quite amusing.

The first time I ever saw Dan 'Toastie' in the corner of the screen in Mortal Kombat II was hilarious, but I was quite young.
