That is some old tech right there. You may have to build your own software if you can't find any homebrew app or sdk. Most developers used console commands and a driver I think to do the stuff that you want to do. Remeber this was the early 90's we didn't have windows xp or 7 so you may have to find a older pc that will run windows 98 to support the pc connections since all modern pc's dumped the old tech a few years back.
