    Well theres no need to be rude about it. If you have a big problem with this please post on the feedback forum. The rules can always be changed if people feel they should.

    Also if we did let people post auction links in their for sale threads then people would start for sale threads just to post their auction links soon after... leaving us again with lots of threads with auctions!

    If members wanted to buy something from ebay they would search or check the ebay thread. Its not too hard to put a reply in your post saying "Check ebay thread" is it?

    I'm with Paulo here, there is a reason why there is a dedicated ebay thread - if people were allowed to make threads for every ebay auction they put up the marketplace would be a mess. In the last board the description of the sales board included the statement "no ebay whoring", I think it should still apply. If you must post your ebay threads here have the decency (like everyone else) not to clutter the general marketplace with it, it's not like you don't have enough of a market of buyers out there already.

    I don't like sorting through the mess of an ebay thread.

    It would be cool to see people post stuff for sale on ebay without sorting through junk.

    So if someone lists an Atari cart, and someone lists a PSP Dev kit, which are you going to look at?

    Chances are none of these threads get replies, but they give the seller and the buyer a quick opportunity to see whats up for grabs.
