If you're going to buy first party accessories (which I recommend you do), then just look online. You could find all of those above things on eBay or Amazon for a pretty cheap price.

Third party pads are rarely as good as the first party ones. The Wavebird is pretty great, you should track down a couple of them. For memcards always stick with first-party, because you could end up with one of the earlier third-party ones which get wiped easily (I had one which would corrupt any time I saved in Burnout 2).

Holly COW! I wasn't aware of this.
    Thanks god assembler forum exists!
As for the wavebird, I am not too sure about buying a preownded one... I rather go for 2 normal pads and extension cables.

Btw, in orther to play PSO in splitscreen, do I have to have two mem cards, or can I load 2 chars from the same card?

Your call on the Wavebird. I never went back after using mine, though - same pad, no wires. Worked for me.

I don't know the answer to your question about PSO as I never played it, but I have a hard time imagining why the game would force you to save to two distinct memory cards, so I think you're probably safe there.

Just a note on the Wavebirds, they don't have rumble. Please be sure to factor this into any buying decision. :) That being said, I never really cared much for rumble anyhow and love my Wavebirds ;)

About these wavebirds.. I am not that confident to buying one of ebay, due to the fact that its batteries could be partially weaken. I suppose we have to charge them right?

No, it takes standard AAs. I was wondering why you were hesitant, it's no more dangerous than any other second-hand pad in terms of wear and tear. Batteries last for ages on it as well.

It does lack rumble, but I never missed it at the time. I might now actually as I'm a bit more fussy about that sort of thing.

Any time you buy third-party pads, you're basically taking a huge risk that you'll get junk. At that price, I can't believe you'd get anything other than junk.

The only third party thats ok, but still not as good as Nintendo, is Mad Catz. I have a wireless GC pad and it feels exactly the same as my regular wired GC controller. It doesn't feel weak when I press the button or move the joystick. Also, this wireless controller comes with an on/off switch, so that helps with saving battery power.

Oh well, you guys convinced me on not buying a 3rd party one, and I appreciate it =D
You guys think I should go for a new, or a preowned one?
Bout, the wavebird once again, I got a friend who have an xbox360 controller, and he says it drains to many AAs... why would the GCs controller do the opposite?

The Wavebird doesn't have any moving parts in it (i.e. no rumble), so the battery drain is much less. The quoted battery life with 2 AAs was something like 100 hours. I certainly never had a problem with mine draining too quickly, anyway.

My uncle plays the 360 a lot and his batteries last a good while. But yeh, it has a good battery life due to it not having any moving parts (rumble), which suck up a lot of power.

My PS2 logitech wireless controller has rumble and it surprisingly lasts a long time.
