[GCN]Clear list on all types of dev/proto GameCube controllers

Hi.
I was looking to buy a dev controller and stood surprised because it is quite unknown how many types of controllers there are...
I want to start making a clear list on this topic.
To kick things off, I will start with the 3/4 speed ds5 controller.
Please follow my template and say the plug's type.
