I understand there is already a Menu built into UGC and there is a already software menu for GDemu. But was hoping to get some great minds on this idea.

Keep the menu system itself very basic because simplicity in itself is grand. But would it be possible for software to read each folder and pull the wallpapers from each bin and load them as background wallpaper when you highlight that title? or would it be possible to Simulate the floating disc when you are in the Dreamcast Main dash and have image of the disc spinning and rotate them? or lets just go with a little folder and you add your own Midi, Mono, or Stereo music and a wallpaper that loads on a GDI? anything like this possible with either board? was even considering the possablity to make a Custom Planetweb 3.0 disc and just make it read the SD or HD directories and boot them up like a Multi game disc.

Would love your input on this guys and if anyone thinks its doable.

Afaiu, those would all be possible if a talented developper wants to do it. Although the DreamOn based idea is a long shot, as a specefic loader would have to be created for each game (as DreamOn isn't aware of ODE) and it'd be legally touchy too.
