A good friend of mine says he has this, however is unable to share any detail about it but DID state other people on this forum would be able to aid me.... so i am throwing out a hail mary on this!

There is a beta xex around here somewhere but I don't know what it does exactly other then it works with retail files so IDK.
No idea on any full build or the like but maybe someone else knows something.
