I made a controller adapter to allow a single controller to connect to the original Xbox, PS2, Dreamcast and Gamecube/Wii.
I used a Dualshock to Dreamcast converter from EMS, plus a Xbox/Gamecube to Dualshock converter, made a simple switching circuit with relays to ensure the controller was conecting to which ever console was powered on, and put it all in the one case.

So with this setup I use one a wireless Logitech Dualshock 2 controller to control 4 different consoles.

As a side note, many people have had problems using a Logitech wireless controller with the dreamcast adapter, in that it doesn't work. The problem is that adapter outputs 5v but the wireless only receiver wants 3.5v, so just put a diode or two in the power line and it will work.
