Anything I can do about this:(photo)?
I found some threads referring to this problem and this 315 5660 specifically, but I can't find how to tackle it. It was part of a lot and I'm waiting on power supply etc so I haven't tested it yet. Any advice on where to start? Thanks

just use isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip and an exacto knife. first, clean all the green stuff off with the qtip, and scrap any excess off with the exacto, then make sure the traces aren't completely toast. at worst you may need to solder bridge any bad traces. but try just a simple cleaning first.

gel flux is very good in this situation, it cleans up traces nice (as it should)..\
Looks like only 5 traces are bad (dark patches in the solder resist), most of them go to test points very close by, should be easy to fix, if you are competent at soldering that pitch (not hard)

PCB cleaner spray like deoxit. Reflow with solder paste.

A can of deoxit is like a lifetime supply.

Any suggestions for a ~$50-$100 rework station?
