    Hi guys. :)
After trying some things I found that the games work perfectly when the console heats up.
With the cold CDX, backups do not start and original games show "Read Error" in some part of the game.
Before I found out, I adjusted the lens pot several times (I opened it over and over again and I also adjusted the mainboard pots), to try to solve the problem of the games stop working.

When the CDX heats up the games work perfectly, even backups have read almost as perfect as original disks. CGs, music and load screens work perfectly in all games.

After so many repair attempts over time I have the CDX, I discovered a few things.
    1. The lens is working very well. The problem doesn't seem to be her, definitely.
    2. Keeping the AC adapter always connected to the force causes the CDX to remain heated even if it is switched off.
    3. I learned to adjust the laser pot without opening the console.
    4. The CDX has some problems with the 32X, or else my 32X is faulty...
    5. It's amazing its structure inside, as it was built. At the same time it's scary the first few times we open it.

What would be the solution to this problem?
I'd like to settle it before the situation gets worse.

    Thank's guys. :)

Sounds like typical case of bad/dried capacitors. You can now find people selling kits so you're not left to piece them all together yourself.

    Thanks for reply, stevo9389.
As soon as you posted this solution, I was in doubt whether or not to try to change the capacitors. It seemed too risky and I only needed to wait about 20 minutes to get to play.. I was afraid of damaging it permanently.

I also have to apologize for taking too long to respond here, so I'm going back now to inform you that my problem was solved. But I didn't do anything at all. It just returned working again almost as a new console.

I don't know if there's relationship with the new recordings that do, with good media brand, a better PC and also a good DVD drive.
But now old backups work perfectly. The problem just disappeared.

I would very much like to have found a solution, because I know that there are people with the same problem, but now I can only celebrate by having the CDX in shape again.

Here's a video I recorded now to testing the CDX after 2 months without turning it on.
Unfortunately the original games I have are scratched and no longer working. :(

You should really look into replacing the capacitors though. Some of them might leak and damage the traces on the board.

My guess is the capacitor in the ac needed to be reformed. I’ve seen that a few times on snes systems

    whoa....how?
+1 the DC-DC board caps go bad often and could easily be the cause of this issue.

I strongly recommend against this. Still kicking myself for providing the readings online...people wont stop emailing me about it now >_<
people used to fix these for the love, but now almost all of it is for:
