    Is that a compnent (HD) to HDMI convertor? What resolutions does it support and is it switchable?

    It says "Convert YPbPr+SPDIF to HDMI" on the box, it doesn't have any switches.
    And all it does is convert the signal, it does not upscale.
    Instruction says "same format as input".

    Well as I don't have a TV and it doesn't work on my PC monitors I can't tell you.
    That's also the reason why I'm selling it.
    (The monitors say unsupported resolution)

    If that converter doesn't scale resolution, than the TV or monitor needs to support the video mode originally being output. I doubt any mode below 480p will work on most HDMI ports.
