Get a Shiny Rayquaza for Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire!

Attention fellow Pokemon trainers! You can get a level 70 Shiny Rayquaza for your copy of Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire! It comes with the ability Air Lock, a Dragon Fang (held item), OT is Galileo, and the following moves by default:

• Dragon Ascent
• Dragon Claw
• Extreme Speed
• Dragon Dance

To obtain this rare Pokemon, follow these steps (internet connection required):

1. Start up Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire.
2. After pressing start, select the "Mystery Gift" option.
3. Select "Receive Gift Via WiFi".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive your Rayquaza!
5. After the game restarts, continue your save game and go to a Pokemon Center.
6. Make sure you have a free slot in your party and talk to the lady in the blue outfit.
7. Congratulations, you just received a shiny Rayquaza!

This event ends on September 14th so get yours now before it's too late!

I'm only aware of this event for North American trainers. I have no idea if this is a worldwide event. If it is worldwide, please let me know in the replies and I will edit this post to reflect it.
