After a Wii U system update my internet connection was lost on my Wii U. Tried setting up the Wi-Fi connection again going trough the internet settings setup menu but no matter what I did it kept giving me: Error Code: 103-1601 and then it sequenced 103-1602, 103-1603 with every new connection I saved and tried. I eventually solved it by removing my external 2,5" hard-disk which I use for the vWii USB loader I have installed. Need to see what happens when I plug it back. Anyway thought I'd leave a not here just in case.
Thank you, this fixed my issue! I removed my external hard drive and bam, Wii-U Connected to my Wi-Fi.
