Getting BOR .pak files on Dreamcast disc image

I'm really into the BOR stuff at the minute (some of the mods are pretty amazing that people have done), I have downloaded a few mods etc from different sites and have a few that are PC based ones.

I have read several times that PC mods can be made easily into a disc image for Dreamcast and run so am interested in learning how to - I have searched google etc but all I find are broken links on how to do it.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a valid link or guide please?
