Does anyone know of a glide wrapper than hasn't been abandoned? The "newest" ones I can find are dgVoodoo and zeckenzack's wrappers, and both of them were last updated in 2005. I'm trying to play through Unreal again but the Direct3D renderer is being a pain in the ass.

I actually used a glide wrapper to run unreal in the summer on a modern PC. For the life of me though, I can't recall which one. It had a GUI, I think, and you had to execute it before running the game, with settings provided in its little window.

It was probably dgVoodoo, which I tried last night to no avail. The game just kept crashing so I had to switch back to Direct3D.

I have a newer OpenGL *.dll, but the game won't let me choose it, and I can't remember what the setting is in the ini to change it manually. I'll just check Deus Ex later and go by that.

Setting core affinity seems to have helped a little, but it still feels really weird to play. I'll give it a try in software mode later to see if I can narrow down the problem.
