Thought it was either cahaz, or s0urce, who is no longer with us because he couldn't keep his avatar clean (his decision, not anyone on the board's).
I just remember the CONTINUING problem with inappropriate signatures/avatars, and I thought that at one point he informed LeGit that he wouldn't be around as much or something... Anyways, Gir is a character in the American cartoon show Invader Zim, which is a startling departure from the crap that passes for American cartoons on channels such as the Cartoon Network. It was targeted more toward older audiences who would pick up on the utterly random humor, and this combined with the fact that it wasn't another formulaic piece of drivel led to it being cancelled by Nickelodeon, the network that was airing it. However, it has gained a huge cult following, with episodes easily found online, and I believe there are even a few DVDs out now.
